At Deexon, we offer customers the option to pre-order selected products before they are officially released or restocked. This Pre-Order Policy explains how pre-orders work, payment terms, shipping, and cancellation rules.

2. How Pre-Orders Work

• Pre-orders allow you to reserve a product that is not yet available for immediate shipping.
• Estimated release or shipping dates are provided on the product page but are subject to change due to supplier or manufacturer delays.
• By placing a pre-order, you agree to wait until the product becomes available.

3. Payment Terms

• Full Payment: Pre-orders generally require full payment at the time of placing your order, unless otherwise stated.
• Secure Processing: Payments are processed using our trusted payment gateways. Your payment secures your reservation.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in local currency unless otherwise stated on the product page.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated shipping dates are displayed on the product page and/or order confirmation email.
• Delays may occur due to production, customs, or logistics. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
• Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be split into multiple shipments for faster delivery of available products.

5. Cancellations & Changes

• Customer-Initiated: Pre-orders can be canceled before the product is shipped. Contact us immediately at support@deexon.com or call +8801779914346.
• After Shipment: Once dispatched, pre-orders follow our Refund & Return Policy.
• Store-Initiated: If we cannot fulfill your pre-order (e.g., supply issues), we will notify you and issue a full refund.

6. Refunds

• Approved cancellations before shipment are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
• Refund timelines depend on your bank/payment provider but usually take 5–10 business days after approval.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Pre-Order Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our processes or business practices. The “Last updated” date above indicates the most recent revision.

Deexon এ আমরা গ্রাহকদের নির্বাচিত কিছু পণ্য অফিসিয়াল রিলিজ বা পুনরায় স্টকে আসার আগেই প্রি-অর্ডার করার সুযোগ দিই। এই নীতিমালায় প্রি-অর্ডার কিভাবে কাজ করে, পেমেন্ট শর্ত, শিপিং এবং ক্যানসেলেশনের নিয়ম ব্যাখ্যা করা হয়েছে।

২. প্রি-অর্ডার কিভাবে কাজ করে

• প্রি-অর্ডারের মাধ্যমে আপনি এমন একটি পণ্য রিজার্ভ করতে পারেন যা এখনো তাৎক্ষণিক শিপিংয়ের জন্য প্রস্তুত নয়।
• প্রোডাক্ট পেজে দেওয়া আনুমানিক রিলিজ বা শিপিং তারিখ সরবরাহকারী/প্রস্তুতকারকের বিলম্বের কারণে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
• প্রি-অর্ডার করলে আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে পণ্য উপলব্ধ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত অপেক্ষা করবেন।

৩. পেমেন্ট শর্ত

• সম্পূর্ণ অর্থপ্রদান: প্রি-অর্ডারের সময় সাধারণত পুরো অর্থ অগ্রিম দিতে হয়, যদি না আলাদাভাবে উল্লেখ থাকে।
• সুরক্ষিত প্রসেসিং: পেমেন্ট আমাদের বিশ্বস্ত পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে প্রক্রিয়াকৃত হয়—আপনার অর্থপ্রদান আপনার রিজার্ভেশন নিশ্চিত করে।
• কারেন্সি: সব লেনদেন সাধারণত স্থানীয় মুদ্রায় সম্পন্ন হয়, যদি না প্রোডাক্ট পেজে অন্যথা উল্লেখ থাকে।

৪. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি

• প্রোডাক্ট পেজ এবং/অথবা অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন ইমেইলে আনুমানিক শিপিং তারিখ দেখানো হবে।
• উৎপাদন, কাস্টমস বা লজিস্টিকস জটিলতার কারণে বিলম্ব হতে পারে—পরিবর্তন হলে যত দ্রুত সম্ভব জানানো হবে।
• একই অর্ডারে স্টকে থাকা ও প্রি-অর্ডার পণ্য থাকলে দ্রুত ডেলিভারির জন্য শিপমেন্ট ভাগ করা হতে পারে।

৫. ক্যানসেলেশন ও পরিবর্তন

• গ্রাহক কর্তৃক: শিপিংয়ের আগে প্রি-অর্ডার বাতিল করা যেতে পারে—তাৎক্ষণিক যোগাযোগ করুন support@deexon.com অথবা +8801779914346 নাম্বারে।
• শিপমেন্টের পরে: একবার শিপ হয়ে গেলে প্রি-অর্ডার আমাদের রিফান্ড ও রিটার্ন নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
• স্টোর কর্তৃক: যদি সাপ্লাই সমস্যার কারণে আমরা প্রি-অর্ডার পূরণ করতে না পারি, আমরা জানিয়ে সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত দেব।

৬. রিফান্ড

• শিপমেন্টের আগে অনুমোদিত ক্যানসেলেশনের ক্ষেত্রে মূল অর্থপ্রদানের মাধ্যমেই পুরো অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
• রিফান্ড টাইমলাইন ব্যাংক/পেমেন্ট প্রদানকারীর উপর নির্ভরশীল—সাধারণত অনুমোদনের পর ৫–১০ কার্যদিবস লাগে।

৭. নীতি আপডেট

আমাদের প্রক্রিয়া বা ব্যবসায়িক চর্চার পরিবর্তন প্রতিফলিত করতে সময়ে সময়ে এই নীতিমালা আপডেট হতে পারে। উপরের “সর্বশেষ আপডেট” তারিখটি সর্বশেষ সংশোধন নির্দেশ করে।
